Privacy policy

This policy explains how Vice Calculator collects, uses and protects your personal data, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018, "LGPD").
1. Data we collect
We collect only what is needed to calculate and generate your plan:
- Account: name, email and password (stored only as a cryptographic hash, never as text).
- Body data: biological sex, age, weight, height and — on the Premium plan — neck, waist and hip measurements.
- Food preferences: restrictions, allergies, foods you dislike, number of meals and budget range.
- Transactional: purchase history and generated plans. We neither receive nor store card or bank account details.
- Technical: IP address and access logs, kept for 6 months as required by the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework.
2. Sensitive data and your consent
Weight, height, body fat percentage, allergies and dietary restrictions can reveal information about your health. The LGPD classifies health data as SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA (article 5, II), which requires enhanced protection.
We process this data based on your specific and highlighted consent, given when you fill in the questionnaire. You may withdraw that consent at any time, which entails deleting your account and generated plans — without this data the service cannot function.
3. What we use it for
- Calculating your metabolic rate, energy expenditure and macronutrient split.
- Generating menus compatible with those numbers and your restrictions.
- Keeping your plan history and credit balance.
- Processing payments and meeting tax obligations.
- Communicating about your account and purchases.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We share it only with the providers needed for the service to work:
Some of these providers are based in the United States, which constitutes an international data transfer. It relies on your specific consent and on contractual clauses signed with each provider, as required by article 33 of the LGPD.
You have the right to know the identity of each provider (article 18, VII). Just ask at contato@vicefit.online and we will share the full, up-to-date list.
- An artificial intelligence provider based in the United States — receives your body data, restrictions and allergies, WITHOUT your name or email, solely to build the menu. It does not use your data to train models.
- A payment processor in Brazil — receives only Pix transaction data.
- A cloud infrastructure provider based in the United States — hosts the application and the database.
- Public authorities, where there is a legal obligation or court order.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists. After deletion, data is erased within 30 days, except access logs (6 months, Internet Civil Framework) and tax records of purchases (5 years, tax law).
6. Your rights
The LGPD grants you the rights below. To exercise them, write to contato@vicefit.online — we respond within 15 days.
- Confirm that processing exists and access your data.
- Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
- Request anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed unlawfully.
- Request portability of your data to another provider.
- Withdraw consent and request deletion of data processed on that basis.
- Be informed about who we share your data with.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site, passwords protected by a modern hashing algorithm (argon2id), and database access restricted to the application.
No system is completely immune. In the event of a security incident that could pose a relevant risk to you, we will notify you and the Brazilian data protection authority as the LGPD requires.
8. Cookies
We use only essential cookies: those that keep your login session and your language preference. We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
