These terms govern the use of Vice Calculator (vicefit.online). By creating an account or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to everything below. This is a Brazilian service and Brazilian law applies.
1. What the service is — and is not
Vice Calculator is a nutritional calculation tool that suggests meal plans for educational purposes. It estimates your energy expenditure using recognised scientific formulas and builds meal suggestions compatible with that calculation.
The service is NOT a dietary prescription, consultation, diagnosis or health treatment. In Brazil, individualised dietary prescription is restricted to registered dietitians under Law 8.234/1991. Nothing here replaces guidance from a dietitian or physician.
All calculations are statistical estimates. Real bodies vary, and no formula describes any specific person's metabolism exactly.
2. Who can use it
You must be 16 or older and legally able to enter into a contract. Users under 18 must be assisted by a legal guardian.
- We do not generate plans for anyone under 16.
- We do not generate plans for a BMI outside the 16 to 45 range.
- Pregnant or breastfeeding people, and anyone with a chronic condition, an eating disorder or on continuous medication, must seek professional guidance before following any suggestion from the service.
3. Account and responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for keeping your password safe. Results calculated from incorrect data will be incorrect, and that does not entitle you to a refund.
Sharing credentials, reselling generated plans or automating access to the service is prohibited.
4. Credits, pricing and payment
The service works on prepaid credits, with no subscription or recurring charges. Each credit generates one complete meal plan, with a PDF.
Payment is made via Pix, processed by PoloPag. We never store payment details.
- Credits never expire.
- Generating a plan consumes one credit. Swapping meals, reopening an old plan or downloading the PDF again is unlimited and free.
- If generation fails through our fault, the credit is automatically refunded to your account.
- Prices may change at any time, but never retroactively for credits already purchased.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you may withdraw from the purchase within 7 calendar days of payment confirmation by requesting a refund at our contact email.
Unused credits are refunded in full. Credits already consumed generating a plan are refunded proportionally to the remaining balance, since the digital content has already been delivered and cannot be returned.
6. AI-generated content
Menus are built with the help of artificial intelligence and automatically checked against the calculated macronutrients. Despite that verification, they may contain inaccuracies.
You must review each menu before following it, particularly regarding allergies and dietary restrictions. Always check the labels of the food you buy.
7. Intellectual property
The brand, code, design and calculation methodology belong to Vice Calculator. The generated meal plan is for personal use and may not be resold, redistributed or used commercially.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any specific weight loss or gain outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you actually paid in the 12 months preceding the triggering event.
We are not liable for consequences of following suggestions without professional guidance, nor for incorrect data you provide.
9. Changes and termination
We may change these terms at any time by publishing a new version on this page with the updated date. Continued use after a change implies agreement.
You may close your account at any time via our contact email. Unused credits in an account closed at your request are not refunded after the article 49 window.
10. Governing law and contact
Brazilian law applies. The courts of the consumer's domicile have jurisdiction over any dispute.
